产教融合视域下高职毕业生就业适岗能力提升路径

The Path of Improving the Employability of Vocational College Graduates From the Perspective of the Integration of Industry and Education

产教融合发展战略是新经济时代背景下国家实现高质量人才培养的重要模式和战略举措,对高职人才适岗就业能力的提升具有重要意义。通过对高职毕业生就业状况和就业满意度的调查,发现高职毕业生存在就业稳定性较差、就业质量不高的状况,进一步剖析其存在的原因,提出产教融合视域下增强高职毕业生就业适岗能力的具体路径。

The integration of industry and education is an important mode and strategic measure for China to realize the cultivation of high-quality talents in the new economic era, which is of great significance for the promotion of the employability of vocational graduates. The employment and satisfaction of the vocational graduates were surveyed before it was found that the employment stability of the graduates is poor and the employment quality is not high. The reasons behind were explored and a specific path was put forward to enhance the employability of the graduates from the perspective of the integration of industry and education.
