摘要
中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比率(Neutrophil to Lymphocyte Ratio,NLR)已成为生物医学研究的一个引人注目的领域。目前发现NLR具有判断疾病预后的预测价值,与脓毒症、肺炎、新型冠状病毒感染、癌症、心血管疾病等炎症性疾病的死亡率独立相关。本综述旨在概述NLR在目前已知相关的炎症性疾病诊治中的作用。
Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)has become an attractive field of biomedical research.It is found that NLR has predictive value in judging disease prognosis,and is independently related to mortality of inflammatory diseases such as sepsis,pneumonia,novel coronavirus pneumonia,cancer,and cardiovascular disease.This review aims to summarize the role of NLR in diagnosing and treating inflammatory diseases.
