摘要 在检测机电一体化设备状态过程中,外界电磁干扰严重影响检测效果,导致系统开动压力大,状态误判明显,为此,该文提出基于传感器采集信息的机电一体化设备状态检测系统。在硬件设计上,根据机电一体化设备工作特点,利用多种传感器采集设备的状态信息,并设计嵌入式上下位机的体系设计检测模块,同时将CC2420作为通信模块的核心,实现点对点的通信传输;在软件设计上,采用滑动滤波处理原始信号,构建待检测目标状态特征矩阵和模板特征矩阵,计算两者之间的隶属度,依据最大隶属度原则实现对目标状态的检测。实验结果表明,在存在环境干扰的情况下,所提系统检测率高、误判率低,系统的开动性水平高,整体抗干扰性能得到提升。 In the process of detecting the state of mechatronics equipment,the external electromagnetic interference seriously affects the detection effect,leading to the system start pressure,state misjudgment is obvious,so this paper proposes a mechatronics equipment state detection system based on sensor information collection. In the hardware design,according to the working characteristics of the mechatronics equipment,the use of a variety of sensors to collect the state information of the equipment,and design the embedded upper and lower machine system design detection module,at the same time,CC2420 as the core of the communication module,to achieve point-to-point communication transmission. In software design,the original signal is processed by sliding filter,the feature matrix of the target state to be detected and the template feature matrix are constructed,the membership degree between them is calculated,and the target state is detected according to the principle of maximum membership degree. The experimental results show that,in the presence of environmental interference,the proposed system has high detection rate,low misjudgment rate,high start-up level of the system,and the overall anti-interference performance is improved.
