摘要
为了消除误差测量中的轴承偏心问题,研究中速辊式磨煤机磨辊滚动轴承回转误差测量技术。建立磨辊轴承回转误差运动分析模型获取传感器信号,采集误差数据回转误差谐波分析,获取各误差指标测量值。经实验论证分析,在定常载荷实验条件下,该文方法回转误差测量结果在5%以下,回转误差随预紧力增大而减小,较为准确地反映预紧力变化对轴承回转误差运动的影响。
In order to eliminate the bearing eccentricity in the error measurement,the measurement technology of the rotation error of the roller bearing of the medium-speed roller mill was studied. Establish a motion analysis model of grinding roller bearing rotation error to obtain sensor signals,collect error data,analyze the rotation error harmonics,and obtain the measured values of each error index. The experimental analysis shows that under the condition of constant load experiment,the error of the measurement result of the slewing error of this method is below 5%. Rotation error decreases with the increase of pretightening force,which accurately reflects the influence of pretightening force on bearing rotation error movement.
