重大突发公共事件涉外应急语言服务是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要体现,能避免国际争端、化解危机,也能提升中国的国际形象。国内学界对应急语言服务的研究近几年刚刚起步,对涉外应急语言服务的讨论和研究较少。以我国抗击新冠肺炎期间涉外应急语言服务实例为基础进行研究发现:涉外应急语言服务是语言服务的一种类型,它是国家语言战略能力的重要组成部分,是和涉内应急语言服务相对而言的。提供涉外应急语言服务时,需要综合考虑运用服务实施主体策略、服务时机策略、服务内容策略和服务渠道策略等才能确保应急服务的效果。

Foreign-related emergency language services are an important embodiment of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, which can avoid international disputes, resolve crises, and improve the international image of China. In recent years, the research on emergency language service in China has just started, so there is little discussion on foreign-related emergency language service. Based on the foreign-related language service cases fighting Covid-19 in China, this study analyzed the connotation, composition and services strategy of emergency language service. It is believed that foreign-related emergency language services are a type of language service, which is an important part of national language strategic ability, and is relative to internal emergency language services.When providing foreign-related emergency language services, the strategies of service implementation subject, service opportunity, service content and service channel should be comprehensively considered to ensure the effectiveness of emergency services.
