活性污泥中仙女虫的生长特性研究

摘要 仙女虫是活性污泥中常见的寡毛纲蠕虫。本研究以活性污泥为培养基,在适宜条件下接种仙女虫个体,考察其繁殖方式和繁殖速率,并对其摄食前后的活性污泥菌群结构进行了分析。结果表明:仙女虫在活性污泥中以出芽生殖的无性繁殖为主,分裂后形成母体和子体;在25℃时母体的平均连续裂殖时间为37.3 h,子体首次裂殖的平均时间为49.2 h,平均倍增时间为21.2 h;仙女虫的摄食行为导致活性污泥中脱氮除磷菌群减少,降解有机物的菌群相对增加,其大量出现会降低活性污泥系统的脱氮除磷效果。 The Naididae are common oligochaete worms in activated sludge. In this study, individuals of Naididae were inoculated in activated sludge under suitable conditions, and their reproduction mode and reproduction rate, as well as the structure of activated sludge flora before and after feeding were investigated. The results show that germination reproduction dominates in the asexual reproduction of Naididae in activated sludg, forming mother and daughter after division. The average continuous lysis time of the mother is 37.3 h, the average time of the daugher’s first lysis is 49.2 h, and its average doubling time is 21.2 h at 25 ℃. Besides, the feeding behavior of the Naididae leads to the decrease of denitrifying and phosphorus removing flora in activated sludge, and the relative increase of organic matter degrading flora. Consequently, its massive proliferation will reduce the removal effect of nitrogen and phosphorus in the activated sludge system.
