政府购买社区居家养老服务问题研究——以吉林省长春市为例

Research of the Government’s Purchase of Community Home-Based Elderly Care Services——Take Changchun City,Jilin Province as an Example

近年来,人口老龄化已经成为全球发展过程中面临的难题。政府购买社区养老服务是应对人口老龄化的重要方式,在养老服务体系中占重要地位。政府购买社区居家养老服务是整合型的养老服务供给模式,由政府、社区、社会组织等多元主体联合提供养老供给服务。本文以吉林省长春市为例,分析了政府购买社区居家养老服务模式存在的问题并提出了相应的对策建议,以期对未来我国养老服务发展有所帮助。

In recent years,population aging has become a huge problem in the process of global development.The government’s purchase of community elderly care services has become an important way to cope with the aging of the population in China and plays an important role in the elderly care service system.This paper has a deep understanding of the overall situation of the government’s purchase of community home-based elderly care services.The government’s purchase of community home-based elderly care services is an integrated elderly care service supply model,which is jointly provided by the government,community,social organizations and other multiple subjects.On this basis,this paper analyzes the problems of this model,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve it,hoping to help the development of elderly care services in China in the future.
