民营企业家推动革命老区共同富裕先行示范区建设的理论逻辑与机制建构——以浙江省S革命老区为例

The Theoretical Logic and Mechanism Construction of Private Entrepreneurs Promoting the Construction of the Common Prosperity Demonstration Area in the Old Revolutionary Area——Taking the S Old Revolutionary Area in Zhejiang Province as an Example

位于沿海发达地区的浙江省S革命老区坚持奋斗、勇于创新,曾成功创建了“全国革命老区全面奔小康样板镇”,现在正致力于建设“新时代革命老区共同富裕的先行示范区”。民营经济是我国经济社会发展的重要力量,浙江省是民营企业集聚地,民营企业家既是推动浙江省民营经济蓬勃发展的中坚力量,更是中国特色社会主义共同富裕的重要构建者。因此,通过浙江省S革命老区建设共同富裕先行示范区中民营企业家的助力实践,形成了民营企业家助力共同富裕的“六大机制”即“红色驱动机制、要素撬动机制、平台联动机制、文化融通机制、服务优化机制和示范带动机制”,对实现全体人民共同富裕具有重大理论意义和现实价值。

The S old revolutionary district in Zhejiang province is an old revolutionary district located in the developed coastal areas.It persists in striving,has the courage to innovate and takes the lead.In the past,it succeeded in creating a“national model town of the old revolutionary district running towards a well-off life in an all-round way”,is now com mitted to building a“new era of common prosperity in the old revolutionary areas of the first demonstration zone.”At the same time,the private economy is an important force in the economic and social development of our country,and Zhejiang province is also a gathering place for private enterprises.Private entrepreneurs are not only the backbone to promote the vigorous development of the private economy in Zhejiang province,but also an important resource for the united front of the new era,it is an important constructor of the common prosperity of socialism with Chinese characteristics.There fore,by investigating the practice of private entrepreneurs in the demonstration zone of building common prosperity in s old revolutionary district of Zhejiang province,the“six mechanisms”for private entrepreneurs to help common prosperity have been refined,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to realize the common prosperity of the whole country in the future,that is,“The red driving mechanism,the factor-lever mechanism,the platform-linkage mechanism,the culture-blending mechanism,the service-optimizing mechanism and the demonstration-driving mechanism”.
