基于“双减”政策的高校教学改革创新及实现路径研究

Research on the Ways of Realizing in College Teaching Reformation and Innovation Based on“Double Reduction”Policy

本文针对“双减”政策实施的背景和目的,深入分析当前大学教学课堂改革创新及相应的实现路径,提出减少课堂讲授时间,高效利用学生注意力时间讲授主要学习内容;减少课堂教授内容,教会学生“举一反三”发散思维的应用能力,并且通过探讨做好职业规划,提升教学能力和科研能力,促进教师高效完成课堂教学中的“教”与“学”,最终实现立德树人的根本宗旨和目标要求。

This paper studies the teaching reform path of colleges and ways of realizing,based on the background of“double reduction”policy.That is to reduce the teaching time in class and efficiently use students’attention time to teach the main learning content,and,reduce classroom teaching content,teach students to“draw inferences”divergent thinking ability.In addition,through the discussion of career planning,improve teaching ability and scientific research ability,promote teachers to efficiently complete the“teaching”and“learning”in classroom teaching and in finally practice the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity in cultivation.
