摘要
油田进入特高含水后期,注采关系复杂,需不断缩小测调周期以保证注水合格率,这就造成了测试工作量大量增加,注水技术急需向数据实时监测、注入量自动调配方向发展。开展了智能配注技术的研究,将井下参数采集模块、电路控制模块、流量控制阀集成在智能配注器内并长期置于井下,结合无线充电技术、无线通信技术及自动调整算法,形成了包括智能配注器、智能测控充电一体仪及地面通信控制主机的智能配注工艺及配套装置。室内及现场试验表明,无线充电及通信技术可靠,智能配注器对井下生产参数进行实时监测,并根据设定值进行自动调整。利用智能配注技术对地层参数的实时动态监控,通过对控制数据的分析与挖掘,可为油田精细开发方案的制定及调整提供数据支撑,为油田“数字化、智能化”建设提供技术支持。
In the late stage of ultra-high water cut,the injection production relationship is complex,and the measurement and adjustment cycle needs to be continuously reduced to ensure the qualified rate of water injection,which leads to a large increase in the testing workload.The water injection technology urgently needs to be developed in the direction of real-time data monitoring and automatic allocation of injection volume.Research on intelligent injection allocation technology was carried out.The downhole parameter acquisition module,circuit control module,and flow control valve were integrated in the intelligent injection distributor and placed underground for a long time.Combined with wireless charging,wireless communication technology,and automatic adjustment algorithm,an intelligent injection process and supporting device including an intelligent injection distributor,intelligent measurement,control and charging integrated instrument and ground communication control host was developed.The indoor and field tests show that the wireless charging and communication technology are reliable.The intelligent injection distributor can monitor the downhole production parameters in real-time and automatically adjust them according to the set value.The real-time dynamic monitoring of formation parameters using intelligent dispensing technology,through the analysis and mining of control data,can provide data support for the formulation and adjustment of oilfield fine development plans.
