宁洱县咖啡产业发展及对策研究

Research on the Development and Countermeasure of Coffee Industry in Ning'er

宁洱县是云南省普洱市咖啡主产区,截止2021年底,种植面积达10.35万亩,产量0.89万吨,咖啡产业已成为全县的主导产业,水洗咖啡豆达到世界一流咖啡品质。近年来,宁洱县咖啡产业化水平不断提升,但是在基础设施建设、种植技术水平、精深加工能力、组织化程度、品牌建设和市场竞争力等方面还存在一些问题,为此提出促进宁洱县咖啡产业发展实用性强的对策建议,助推咖啡产业再上新台阶。

Ning'er County is the main coffee producing area in Pu'er City, Yunnan Province. By the end of 2021, the planting area reachs 103500 mu and the output is 8900 tons. The coffee industry has become the leading industry in the county. In recent years, the coffee industrialization level of Ning'er County has been continuously improved, but there are still some problems in infrastructure construction, planting technology level, intensive processing capacity, organizational level, brand construction and market competitiveness. Therefore, countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of coffee industry in Ning'er County are put forward to promote the coffee industry to a new level.
