摘要
受疫情的影响,全球经济增速放缓,经济格局处在转型和升级当中,以服务国家经济发展为主的商科教育人才培养也随之发生深刻变革。传统商科教育得益于高等教育国际化浪潮,在国际师资的引进、教学国际化、国际合作平台的搭建等方面均有所起色。然而,仅仅上述层面的国际化已不能满足新时代商科教育人才培养的需求。从后疫情时代商业经济转型变革的实际出发,结合案例分析,以新视角定位商科教育的国际化战略,对指导我国商科教育在新时代背景下国际化战略的制定具有较高的理论价值和实践价值。
Affected by the novel coronavirus epidemic, the global economy is undergoing sharptransformation and upgrading. As a super important force with talent training in the discipline of economics and business administration, business education has undergone profound changes too. Traditional business schools have benefited from the internationalization of higher education. They have improved in aspects of international teachers, the internationalization of teaching, and the construction of an international cooperation platform. However, internationalization in the traditional way cannot meet talent training requirements in the new era. Base on the context and case study, this paper aims to identify the vital value of internationalization strategies for the development of business education in the post-epidemic era.
