德国高校劳动教育专业课程体系的主要特征与建设经验——以六所高校劳动教育本科专业为例 被引量:7

Main Characteristics and Construction Experience of Curriculum System of Labor Education in German Universities:Taking Labor Education Undergraduate Programs in Six Universities as Examples

摘要 吉森大学、卡塞尔大学、柏林工业大学、慕尼黑工业大学、波茨坦大学与汉堡工业大学是德国独立设有劳动教育专业的六所高校。通过对劳动教育专业课程体系的比较分析,发现其课程体系呈现出以下主要特征:课程目标以培养综合行动能力为基本导向;课程设置指向劳动教师专业素养的发展;课程实施凸显实践行动技能的培养;课程考核重视教师个体的专业成长。综合分析其课程体系的主要特征,总结具体实践经验,可以为我国高校劳动教育专业课程建设提供有益的参考与借鉴。 University of Giessen, University of Kassel, Technical University of Berlin, Technical University of Munich, University of Potsdam, and Hamburg Technical University are six universities with labor education specialty in Germany. Through the comparative analysis of the curriculum system of labor education specialty in relevant colleges and universities, it is found that the curriculum system had the following main characteristics: the objective of the course was to cultivate comprehensive action ability as the basic orientation;the curriculum aimed to enhance professional quality of labor teachers;the curriculum implementation highlighted the cultivation of practical action skills;the curriculum assessment attached importance to the professional growth of individual teachers. A comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the curriculum system of Labor education specialty in Germany and a summary of concrete practical experience can provide useful reference for the construction of undergraduate labor education specialty in Chinese universities.
