摘要
采用问卷调查法,数理分析法探析了乡村体育教师教学效能感影响因素。结果表明:性别、学历、教学安排满意度以及体育基础设施满意度对乡村体育教师的教学效能无显著影响,而教学年龄和职称以及教师职业晋升,均以不同程度影响着教学效能感。综上分析提出如下四点建议:一是遵从选拔教师的方针政策要求,建设乡村体育教师专职队伍。二是不断优化乡村体育教师知识结构,提高体育教师专业素质水平。三是完善乡村学校体育教师的职业晋升机制,助推人才发展。四是注重体育教学反思,促进乡村体育教师成长。
Using the method of questionnaire and mathematical analysis,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of teaching efficacy of rural P. E. teachers. The results showed that gender,education background,satisfaction with teaching arrangementand satisfaction with physical education infrastructure had no significant effect on the teaching efficacy of rural physical education teachers,while teaching age,professional title and professional promotion of teachers all had different effects on teaching efficacy. To sum up,four suggestions are put forward as follows:first,follow the guidelines and policy requirements of teacher selection,and build a full-time team of rural physical education teachers.Second,constantly optimize the knowledge structure of rural physical education teachers,improve the professional quality level of physical education teachers. Third,improve the career promotion mechanism of rural school physical education teachers to boost the development of talents. Fourth,pay attention to the reflection of physical education,promote the growth of rural physical education teachers.
