以企业人才需求为导向的高校创新型人才培养模式探究

创新型人才是社会进步的不竭动力,是企业永葆生机的关键因素,是高校人才培养的重要方向。新形势下,交叉学科融合发展、市场经济复杂多变,企业对复合型、创新型人才孜孜以求,这成为高校创新型人才培养质量、培养方向等方面的重要依据。为此,通过梳理企业人才需求与高校人才培养的内在逻辑,找出两者之间存在的现实差距,以企业人才需求为导向,构建高校创新型人才培养模式,以期有效提升高校创新型人才培养质量,有力提高大学生就业创业能力,有序提振高校对区域经济发展的服务功能,全面促进校企产学研用融合发展。

Innovative talents are the inexhaustible driving force of social progress,the key factor for enterprises to maintain their vitality,and the important direction of talent training in Colleges and universities.Under the new situation,the development of interdisciplinary integration,the complexity and changefulness of market economy,and the persistent pursuit of compound and innovative talents by enterprises have also become an important basis for the training quality and direction of innovative talents in Colleges and universities.Therefore,by sorting out the internal logic of enterprise talent demand and university talent training,we can find out the realistic gap between them,and build a university innovative talent training mode guided by enterprise talent demand,in order to effectively improve the quality of university innovative talent training,effectively improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of College Students,orderly boost the service function of colleges and universities to regional economic development,and comprehensively promote the integrated development of industry,university,research and application of colleges and enterprises.
