三螺旋理论下“S-U”共创教学策略研究

摘要 教学策略,既包括指导教师行为的理论知识策略,又包括教师的教学行为策略,具有“理—实”一体化特征。由于两种教学策略语言表征和思维方式的差异,造成非同一个体的转化障碍。需要借鉴“政府—企业—科研”协同创新的三螺旋理论,来组成“中小学名师—教研员—高校教师”共创教学策略团队,以破解其相互转化障碍。根据三螺旋理论的自反机制,三者间形成了共创教学策略的利益旨趣动力,以个体作用于团队的创新机制,启发团队创新教学策略的思路。按照三螺旋的集成机制,团队异质成员间借助讲座、讨论等方式进行显隐知识交流,以集思广益方式生成团队共创的教学策略。根据非线性机制,三类主体间再以其具身经历为基础嵌入对方知识,生成特定情境中的教学策略新认知,形成各取所需的教学策略行为模式或理论体系。“S-U”三螺旋共创教学策略的知识生产方式,在深化知识生产模式Ⅱ的基础上,以三层网联组织创新和细分研究团队的方式,按照能力同构匹配的耦合机制,以多节点、多层次的知识生产模式Ⅲ进行教学策略共创。 Teaching strategies include not only the theoretical knowledge strategies to guide teachers’behavior,but also teachers’teaching behavior strategies,which have the characteristics of“theory-practice”integration.Due to the differences in language representation and thinking styles between the two teaching strategies,the transformation barriers of non-identical individuals are caused.It is necessary to learn from the triple helix theory of collaborative innovation of“government-enterprise-scientific research”to form a team of“famous teachers in primary and secondary schools-teaching researchers-college teachers”to create a teaching strategy team to break the barriers to mutual transformation.According to the reflexive mechanism of the triple helix theory,the three have formed the motivation of interests and interests of co-creating teaching strategies,and the innovation mechanism of individuals acting on the team inspires the team to innovate teaching strategies.According to the integration mechanism of the triple helix,the heterogeneous members of the team exchange explicit and tacit knowledge by means of lectures,discussions,etc.,and generate teaching strategies jointly created by the team in a way of brainstorming.According to the nonlinear mechanism,the three types of subjects embed each other s knowledge based on their specific experiences,generate new cognitions of teaching strategies in specific situations,and form behavioral modes or theoretical systems of teaching strategies that each requires.The“S-U”triple-helix co-creation teaching strategy is a knowledge production method.On the basis of deepening the knowledge production mode II,it organizes innovation and subdivides research teams in a three-layer network connection.The“S-U”triple helix is a knowledge production method for co-creating teaching strategies.On the basis of deepening the knowledge production mode II,the innovation is organized by three-layer network connection,the research team is subdivided,and the teaching strategy is co-created with the multi-node and multi-level knowledge production mode III according to the coupling mechanism of ability isomorphism matching.
