基于“3P”交互啮合模型的混合式“金课”建设与实践

Construction and Practice of “3P” Model for Blending “Golden Course”

混合式“金课”是中国高等教育质量“变轨超车”的关键,但鲜有对其建设模型及操作路径的研究。本文构建的“3P”交互啮合模型以Mazur两阶段学习理论为基础、以课程思政为灵魂,服务于混合式“金课”建设。该模型包括知识递推(Push)、兴趣提拉(Pull)、综合实训(Practice)三大核心模块,将线上理论知识的系列视频、线下重点难点的翻转课堂和课外变式问题的实操演练有机整合为三条核心路径及课程建设路径的14个关键点,有效实现了理论基础植入、思维体系构建及行为模式塑造的三重阶段交互啮合。以“市场营销”课程为例的实践检验证明了该模型对“金课”建设的显著效果,望本文可为其他科目的混合式“金课”建设提供框架性视角及可参考、可复制的建设思路。

The online-to-offline‘blending golden course’has been regarded as the key to make China higher education quality to reach the leading level of the world,but there is little research on its construction model and operation path.The‘3P’interactive and integrated model includes three core modules,which are knowledge transfer(Push),increase interest(Pull),and comprehensive training(Practice).Taking this model as the kernel,three fundamental paths and fourteen key points are set up.Thus,absorbing theoretical principles,structuring thinking system and shaping behavior patterns are effectively integrated in this model.At the same time,taking the course of Marketing as an example,the practical test of the model proves its remarkable effect on the construction of‘golden course’.It is hoped that this exploration can provide a framework and a referential and replicable construction path for the construction of online-to-offline‘blending golden course’in other subjects.
