国内高校教师教学胜任力研究回顾与反思——基于CiteSpace数据可视化分析

在“互联网+教育”时代,信息化教学成为高等教育改革的核心生长点。这对高校教师提出了更高要求。高校教师教学胜任力研究在教育信息化时代也增加了新的内涵。本研究基于CiteSpace数据可视化分析,通过呈现2008年-2021年14年间国内研究学者对高校教师教学胜任力的研究发展状况,并对国内研究高校教师教学胜任力的相关文献发文量、期刊分布、作者机构、研究的热点和前沿等进行系统分析,得出相应研究结论。旨在为研究学者提供借鉴和参考,以求国内研究学者对高校教师教学胜任力这一研究领域更加重视,进行全面和深入的分析探讨,建立综合化的高校教师教学胜任力的研究体系。

In the era of“Internet+education”,the field of higher education has a deep system reform,information-based teaching has become the core of higher education reform.There is no doubt that this puts forward higher requirements for college teachers,and it is urgent to study the teaching competence of college teachers to comply with the development of education information age.This study based on CiteSpace data visualization analysis,through 14 years in 2008-2021 domestic research scholars on the research development of university teachers teaching competence,and the domestic research of university teachers teaching competency related literature were identificated,periodical distribution,author institutions,research hot spot and front system analysis,etc.Draw the corresponding research conclusion.The purpose is to provide reference for research scholars,so that domestic research scholars pay more attention to the research field of teaching competence of college teachers,carry out comprehensive and in-depth analysis and discussion,and establish a comprehensive research system of teaching competence of college teachers.
