摘要 中小学教师专业发展是教师基于职业需要不断提升专业情意、专业知识、专业能力和专业行为的活动。基于教师专业发展动力机制理论,教师专业发展是内在动力和外在动力相互作用的结果。作为教师专业发展外在动力的重要内容,中小学教师培训对教师专业发展有着十分重要的影响作用。因此,基于外在动力作用确定教师培训功能与目标,设计有利于唤醒与发展内在动力的培训内容,选择有益于外在动力向内在动力转化的教师培训方式,进而有效促进教师专业发展,是中小学教师培训实践的理想图景。 Professional development of primary and secondary school teachers is an activity for teachers to continuously improve their profession sensibility,professional knowledge,professional ability and professional behavior based on professional needs.Based on the theory of the dynamic mechanism of teachers professional development,teachers professional development is the result of the interaction between internal motivation and external motivation.As an important part of the external driving force of teachers professional development,trainings for primary and secondary school teachers have an extremely important impact on teachers professional development.Therefore,based on the role of external motivation,determining the function and goal of teacher training,designing training content that is conducive to awakening and developing internal motivation,and selecting teacher training methods that are conducive to the transformation of external power into internal motivation,and then effectively promoting the professional development of teachers,is an ideal picture of teacher training practiced in primary and secondary schools.
