摘要
当前,肥胖已成为严重的社会公共卫生问题,肥胖早期以生活方式干预为主。增稠可溶膳食纤维是具有较大的相对分子质量,表现出很高的持水性,且在溶液中以低浓度的条件下即可使体系黏度明显增加的膳食纤维,能够以一种安全有效的方式控制肥胖及其并发症。本文主要综述了具有减肥/控重作用的增稠可溶膳食纤维种类及其作用机制,以期为增稠可溶膳食纤维在减肥/控重领域的进一步发展提供思路。
Currently,obesity has become a serious social public health problem,and lifestyle intervention is the main solution of obesity in the early stage. Viscous soluble dietary fiber is a kind of dietary fiber with a large relative molecular mass,showing high water holding capacity,and the viscosity of the system can be significantly increased at low concentration in the solutions. It can control obesity and its complications in a safe and effective way. This paper mainly reviewed the types and mechanisms of viscous soluble dietary fiber with weight loss/weight control effects to provide ideas for the further development of viscous soluble dietary fiber in the field of weight loss/weight control.
