摘要
探讨大学生正念、安全感与焦虑三个变量之间的关系,以期为降低大学生的焦虑提供理论依据和教学指导。采取整群抽样方法,使用广泛性焦虑量表、安全感量表、五因素正念量表对某高校514名大学生进行调查。研究结果发现:(1)大学女生焦虑水平高于男生,大二与大三学生焦虑水平均显著高于大一学生;男生安全感高于女生,大一学生安全感水平显著高于大二学生。(2)安全感和正念水平均与焦虑水平存在显著负相关关系。(3)正念水平会影响大学生的焦虑情绪,安全感在正念与焦虑之间起到部分中介作用。
To explore the relationship between mindfulness, security and anxiety among college students in order to provide theoretical basis and teaching guidance for reducing college students’ anxiety. Using cluster sampling method, 514 college students were investigated with Generalized Anxiety Scale, Security Scale and Five-Factor Mindfulness Scale. The results show that:(1) The anxiety level of female students is higher than that of male students, and the anxiety level of sophomores and juniors is significantly higher than that of freshmen students;The degree of security of male students is higher than that of female students, and the level of security of freshman students is significantly higher than that of sophomore students.(2) The level of security and mindfulness were negatively correlated with the level of anxiety.(3) The level of mindfulness can affect the anxiety of college students, and the sense of security plays a partial mediating role between mindfulness and anxiety.
