摘要
本文以2016—2020年A股企业作为研究样本,运用实证方法研究高管薪酬激励对企业绩效的影响,并将行业竞争当做一种外部环境的机制,探究其对高管薪酬与企业绩效关系的影响。结果表明,高管薪酬激励可以促进企业绩效的提高,是促进企业绩效的一个有效方式,对企业绩效的正面促进作用十分明显。
This paper takes A-share enterprises from 2016 to 2020 as the research sample, uses empirical methods to study the impact of executive compensation incentive on enterprise performance, and takes industry competition as an external environment mechanism to explore its impact on the relationship between executive compensation and enterprise performance. The results show that the same,executive compensation incentive can promote the improvement of enterprise performance, is an effective way to promote enterprise performance, the positive role of promoting enterprise performance is very obvious.
