摘要
长隧道建设碳排放来源对于减碳和控碳十分重要,本文引入帕累托分析法,对长隧道工程全寿命排放帕累托分析方法进行了探讨,采集了肇明高速2827.5 m的某长隧道工程,分析了碳排放总量以及材料、运输和机械的来源占比;从作业内容对材料消耗、机械种类和运输工具等进行了帕累托分析,结果发现碳排放最大是现浇混凝土衬砌,材料主要来源是水泥,机械主要来源是电动空压机,运输主要来源是自卸汽车;最后根据产生碳排放的主要材料和机械制定出相应的碳减排策略。
The carbon emission source of long tunnel construction is very important for carbon reduction and carbon control.This paper introduces Pareto analysis method to discuss the whole life emission of long tunnel project,collects a long tunnel project of 2827.5m in Zhaoming Expressway,analyzes the total carbon emission and the source proportion of materials,transportation and machinery.From the perspective of operation content,the Pareto analysis was carried out on material consumption,types of machinery and means of transportation.The results showed that the largest source of carbon emission was cast-in-place concrete lining,the main source of material was cement,the main source of machinery was electric air compressor,and the main source of transportation was dump truck.Finally,according to the main materials and machinery that produce carbon emissions,the corresponding carbon emission reduction strategy is formulated.
