摘要
机动车排放污染物对环境造成严重污染,其中高排放污染车辆为主要贡献者,如何识别高排放污染车辆,对于实现“双碳”目标具有实际意义。本文利用决策树挖掘方法,得出机动车环保定期检测数据与道路遥感监测的各排放因子关联度。通过数据挖掘结果对比分析,机动车环保定期检测中稳态工况法与遥感监测结果的关联度较高,三种污染物HC、CO和NOx整体关联度分别为90.74%、91.37%和84.69%,在使用年限3~11年和11~14年区间的,前者各排放因子的整体关联度高于后者。加载减速法与遥感监测法的关联度相对于稳态工况法与遥感监测法的关联度要低很多,其中加载减速法与遥感监测法中NOx化合物的关联度为63.11%,颗粒物的关联度为57.06%。通过数据对比,使用年限对机动车环保检测方法与道路遥感监测方法的关联度具有一定的影响,且汽油车与柴油车对两种尾气检测方法的关联度也有一定的影响。
The pollutants emitted by motor vehicles cause serious pollution to the environment,in which high emission polluting vehicles are the main contributors.How to identify high emission polluting vehicles is of practical significance to achieve the“double carbon goal”.Using the decision tree mining method,this paper obtains the correlation degree between the regular detection data of motor vehicle environmental protection and the emission factors monitored by road remote sensing.Through the comparative analysis of data mining results,the correlation degree between the steady-state working condition method and remote sensing monitoring results in the regular detection of motor vehicle environmental protection is high,and the overall correlation degrees of the three pollutants HC,CO and NOx are 90.74%,91.37%and 84.69%respectively.In the service life range of 3~11 years and 11~14 years,the overall correlation degree of each emission factor of the former is higher than that of the latter.The correlation between load deceleration method and remote sensing monitoring method is much lower than that between steady-state condition method and remote sensing monitoring method,The correlation degree of NOx compounds in loading deceleration method and remote sensing monitoring method is 63.11%,The correlation degree of particulate matter is 57.06%.Through data comparison,the service life has a certain impact on the correlation between vehicle environmental protection detection methods and road remote sensing monitoring methods,and gasoline vehicles and diesel vehicles also have a certain impact on the correlation between the two exhaust detection methods.
