用于沥青混合料的酸性砂岩粗集料性能分析及试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着沥青路面建设的持续推进,用于沥青混合料的粗集料消耗量大且不可再生,玄武岩、卵砾石、石灰岩等优质石料日益短缺,价格飞涨且质量难以保证。本文对用于沥青混合料的酸性砂岩粗集料进行物理力学分析及加工特性试验研究,分析了砂岩集料加工均匀性;通过常温、高温、高温浸水三种试验条件,模拟酸性砂岩集料在沥青混合料生产、碾压施工及服役状态下的路用力学特性及稳定性,并进行了与沥青的黏附性试验研究。研究表明,砂岩集料在高温及高温浸水后的压碎值、磨耗值稳定,且均优于石灰岩集料,集料抗破碎力学特性及耐久性良好;常温砂岩集料以及沸煮后集料与沥青黏附性良好,与灰岩集料无显著异。因地制宜选择酸性砂岩集料用于沥青混合料,可减少筑路材料远运,显著降低施工过程碳排放。 With the continuous advancement of asphalt pavement construction,the coarse aggregate used for asphalt mixtures consumes a large amount and is non-renewable,and there is an increasing shortage of highquality stones such as basalt,boulders and limestone,and prices are soaring and the quality is difficult to guarantee.In this paper,the physical and mechanical analysis and processing characteristics of acid sandstone coarse aggregates for asphalt mixtures were carried out,and the processing uniformity of sandstone aggregates was analyzed.Through the three experimental conditions of normal temperature,high temperature and high temperature immersion,the road mechanics and stability of acid sandstone aggregates in the production,rolling construction and service of asphalt mixtures were simulated,and the adhesion with asphalt was studied.The results show that the crushing value and wear value of sandstone aggregate after high temperature and high temperature immersion are stable,and they are better than limestone aggregates,and the mechanical characteristics and durability of aggregates are good.The room temperature sandstone aggregate and the boiled aggregate adhere well to the asphalt,and are not significantly different from the limestone aggregate.The selection of acid sandstone aggregates for asphalt mixtures according to local conditions can reduce the transportation of road construction materials and significantly reduce carbon emissions during the construction process.
