摘要 为有效解决和控制铁路项目建设过程中的各类生态破坏和环境污染问题,实现项目全寿命周期环境保护管理的无缝衔接,兰张三四线铁路引入了环保管家服务模式,在项目实施过程中深入贯彻落实了新时期绿色发展理念,积极推行了生态环保设计,倡导“环保优先,依法绕避”的选址选线理念,合理选用了降低生态影响的工程结构、建筑材料和施工工艺,把高质量发展、绿色发展的思想贯穿到项目建设全过程,实现了资源统筹利用和人与自然和谐发展;推广应用环保信息化管理平台等成熟的技术成果并实现创新驱动,节能减排效果显著。 In order to effectively solve and control all kinds of ecological damage and environmental pollution problems in the process of railway project construction,realize the seamless connection of environmental protection management in the whole life cycle of the project,Lanzhou to Zhangye three or four line railway introduced the environmental protection butler service mode,implemented in-depth the concept of green development in the new period in the process of project,actively promoted the ecological environmental protection design,advocated the concept of site selection and route selection of“environmental protection first,avoidance according to law”,took the reasonable choice of engineering structures,building materials and construction techniques to reduce the ecological impact.The idea of high-quality development and green development is integrated into the whole process of project construction,realizing the overall utilization of resources and the harmonious development of man and nature;promote the application of environmental protection information management platform and other mature technical achievements and achieve innovationdriven.The utilization of green and clean energy such as polypeptide heat utilization system,quantum energy heating system,biomass hot water boiler,far-infrared high-temperature heater,solar energy,etc.,has a significant effect on energy saving and emission reduction,further helping realizing the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization.
