In order to effectively solve and control all kinds of ecological damage and environmental pollution problems in the process of railway project construction,realize the seamless connection of environmental protection management in the whole life cycle of the project,Lanzhou to Zhangye three or four line railway introduced the environmental protection butler service mode,implemented in-depth the concept of green development in the new period in the process of project,actively promoted the ecological environmental protection design,advocated the concept of site selection and route selection of“environmental protection first,avoidance according to law”,took the reasonable choice of engineering structures,building materials and construction techniques to reduce the ecological impact.The idea of high-quality development and green development is integrated into the whole process of project construction,realizing the overall utilization of resources and the harmonious development of man and nature;promote the application of environmental protection information management platform and other mature technical achievements and achieve innovationdriven.The utilization of green and clean energy such as polypeptide heat utilization system,quantum energy heating system,biomass hot water boiler,far-infrared high-temperature heater,solar energy,etc.,has a significant effect on energy saving and emission reduction,further helping realizing the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization.
