长江经济带工业废水排放量时空演变特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 长江大保护战略是推动长江经济带高质量发展的关键。利用ESDA方法和STIRPAT模型研究长江经济带108个城市2005—2019年工业废水排放的时空演化特征,观察“大保护”前后变化。结果表明:时间上,工业废水排放量呈下降趋势,2014年后排放量下降明显;空间上,工业废水排放分布呈现空间集聚和分异状态;第二、三产业占比是工业废水的促排因子,人均GDP、利用外资水平等则发挥减排效应;影响因素及空间溢出效应在上、中、下游差异较大。 The Great Protection of Changjiang River is the key to promote the high-quality development of the Changjiang River Economic Belt. ESDA and STIRPAT models were used to study the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of industrial wastewater discharge in 108 cities in the Changjiang River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2019and to compare the changes before and after the implementation of the Great Protection strategy. Results elucidated that:1) the discharge of industrial wastewater presented a downward trend in temporal scale, declining evidently after 2014;2) industrial wastewater discharge agglomerated and differentiated in spatial scale;3) the proportion of the secondary and tertiary industries was the promoting factor of industrial wastewater discharge, while the per capita GDP and the level of foreign capital utilization hindered the discharge. The influencing factors and spatial spillover effects differed greatly among the upper, middle and lower reaches.
