摘要
水泥基渗透结晶(CCCW)材料能够提高混凝土的密实程度和损伤自愈合性能,并具有安全无毒、长效服役和环境友好等特点。介绍了CCCW材料的技术原理和影响因素,分析了施工的关键环节和质量控制要点,总结了福建周宁抽水蓄能电站应用CCCW材料的成熟经验,相关成果可为CCCW材料在其它同类工程的应用提供参考。
Cement-based capillary crystalline(CCCW)material could improve the compactness and self-healing preformance of concrete, and is safe, non-toxic, and environmental friendly with long service life. The technical principle and influencing factors of preparing CCCW materials are discribed;key stages and quality control points of construction are anaylzed. Moreover, some mature experiences of applying CCCW materials to Zhouning Pumped Storage Power Station are summarized. The research findings can be taken as reference for the application of CCCW materials in similar hydropower projects.
