农民创业意愿与行为的一致性研究:基于AMO框架的分析

Intention-Behavior Link in Farmers’ Entrepreneurship:An Analysis Based on AMO Framework

利用9个省499份创业农民调查数据,运用OLS回归模型,引入“能力-动机-机会(AMO)”框架,实证研究创业意愿、创业能力和创业机会对农民创业行为的协同影响。结果表明:农民创业意愿能够正向影响其创业行为;创业能力正向调节创业意愿和创业行为之间的关系,与低创业能力相比,高创业能力更有助于促进创业意愿向创业行为的转化;创业机会正向调节创业意愿和创业行为之间的关系,与低创业机会相比,高创业机会更有助于促进创业意愿向创业行为的转化。基于此,建议相关部门提升有创业意愿农民的机会识别、资源整合和风险承担能力,并营造良好的创业氛围和支持环境,从而更有效地推动创业意愿向创业行为的转化。

Based on the survey data of 499 entrepreneurial farmers in 9 provinces,OLS regression model and AMO framework were used to empirically explore the synergistic effects of entrepreneurial intentions,entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial opportunity on farmers’ entrepreneurial behavior.The results are as follows.Firstly,farmers’ entrepreneurial intentions can significantly predict their entrepreneurial behavior.Secondly,their entrepreneurial ability positively moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial intentions and actions so that the relationship will be more positive with high entrepreneurial ability.Thirdly,entrepreneurial opportunity positively moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial intentions and actions.Therefore,the relationship will be more positive with high entrepreneurial opportunity.Based on the above conclusions,it is suggested that government departments should take measures to help farmers with entrepreneurial intentions improve the opportunity identification,resource integration and risk bearing ability,and create a good entrepreneurial atmosphere and supportive environment so as to promote the translation of entrepreneurial intentions into actions.
