“一带一路”倡议下商务英语(跨境电商)人才培养研究

The Study of Talents Cultivation of Business English(Cross-border E-commerce)Under the Belt and Road Initiative

随着国家“一带一路”倡议的提出、传统外贸产业的转型升级以及新冠疫情的持续影响,跨境电商成为企业开拓国际市场的主渠道。越来越多的传统外贸企业转向跨境电商这一新的业态,使得这一产业得到了迅猛的发展,因此企业对跨境电商人才的需求急剧增加。跨境电商复合型人才的短缺为高职院校的人才培养和专业设置提供了新的机遇,同时也提出了挑战。高职院校要紧跟国家战略和经济转型步伐,培养满足社会和企业需求的复合型专业人才。该文分析了高职院校跨境电商人才培养现状,并提出了相应的人才培养策略,以期符合企业的用人需求。

With the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative,the transformation and upgrade of traditional international trade and the continuous influence of COVID-19,cross-border E-commerce has become the main stream of exploring international market for enterprises.More and more traditional foreign trade enterprises have turned to the new industry,which made it boom rapidly.Therefore,it caused the fierce demand for the talents of Crossborder E-commerce.The shortage of comprehensive talents of Cross-border E-commerce provides new opportunities for the talent cultivation and major setting in higher vocational colleges,meanwhile higher vocational colleges meet new challenges.Higher vocational colleges should keep pace with the national strategy and the economic transformation,cultivate comprehensive talents to meet the demands of the society and enterprises.This paper analyzed the current condition of talent cultivation of Cross-border E-commerce,and put forward the corresponding strategies of talent cultivation to meet the demands of enterprises for talents.
