Research on the Strategy of Excellent Class Construction in Secondary Vocational Schools

优秀的班集体是学生提高学习能力和培养良好性格的关键,班主任作为班集体的领头人,要创造良好的机会,充分培养学生的参与意识,发挥学生的主体作用,使学生从内到外充满热情、活力、积极性,使学生真正动起来,促进学生全面健康成长,实施素质教育。因此,该文构建了中职学校优秀班集体建设的策略体系,希望通过班级集体建设的策略研究,促进班主任的专业发展。

An excellent class is the key to the improvement of the students’learning,ability,and character.The class teacher,as the class leader,should create good opportunities,fully mobilize the students’participation consciousness,give full play to the main role of the students,make the students enthusiastic,energetic,and positive from inside to outside,so as to promote their healthy growth,and realize quality-oriented education.This paper constructs the strategy system of excellent class construction in secondary vocational schools,hoping to promote the professional development of the class teacher through the strategy research of class construction.
