摘要
引入中介变量创业拼凑及调节变量返乡创业政策感知,探究人力资本和社会资本对乡贤返乡创业意愿的影响机制。结果表明:人力资本和社会资本均正向影响乡贤返乡创业意愿;创业拼凑在人力资本、社会资本对乡贤返乡创业意愿的正向影响中起中介作用;返乡创业政策感知正向调节创业拼凑与乡贤返乡创业意愿之间的关系;返乡创业政策感知正向调节人力资本、社会资本通过创业拼凑影响乡贤返乡创业意愿的中介作用。基于此,建议乡贤提升自身人力资本水平、拓展社会关系网络、加强创业资源整合,政府加大返乡创业扶持政策力度,以提升乡贤返乡创业意愿。
Introducing entrepreneurial patchwork as the mediating variable and the perception of return entrepreneurship policy as the regulating variable,this paper constructs the influence model of human capital and social capital on the entrepreneurial intention of rural entrepreneurs.The results show that both human capital and social capital are found to be positively related to the entrepreneurial intention of rural entrepreneurs;Entrepreneurship patchwork plays a mediating role in the positive impact of human capital and social capital on the entrepreneurial intention of returnees;Moreover,the perception of returning entrepreneurship policy positively moderates the relationship between the entrepreneurial patchwork and returnees’entrepreneurial intention;the perception of returning home entrepreneurship policy positively moderates the mediating effect of human capital and social capital on the entrepreneurial intention of rural entrepreneurs through entrepreneurship patchwork.Based on the research,it is suggested that the rural entrepreneurs should improve their own human capital level,expand their social network,and strengthen the integration of entrepreneurial resources.At the same time,the government should strengthen relevant supportive policies in order to encourage rural entrepreneurs to start their own businessin their hometown.
