高血压中补体与T淋巴细胞的相互作用

Interaction between complement and T lymphocyte in hypertension

越来越多的证据表明,高血压及高血压终末器官损害的产生,不仅可以由血流动力学损伤介导,还可以由炎症损伤介导。炎症在高血压的病理生理学过程中起着重要作用,它通过激活机体内免疫反应而介导各种并发症。补体作为潜在的高血压调节因子以及先天性免疫与适应性免疫的交汇点,通过先天性免疫和适应性免疫来影响高血压的发生发展。现综述高血压发生发展过程中补体与获得性免疫细胞中的T淋巴细胞的相互作用,以期更好地了解补体和高血压的关系,为疾病诊疗提供新的思路。

More and more evidences indicate that hypertension and end-organ damage of hypertension can be mediated not only by hemodynamic injury,but also by inflammation.Inflammation plays an important role in the pathophysiology of hypertension and mediates various complications by activating the immune response in the body.Complement,as a potential regulator of hypertension and the intersection of innate immunity and adaptive immunity,affects the occurrence and development of hypertension through both innate immunity and adaptive immunity.In this paper,we will review the interaction between complement and T lymphocytes in acquired immune cells during the occurrence and development of hypertension,in order to better understand the relationship between complement and hypertension,and provide new ideas for disease diagnosis and treatment.
