易水“流芳”,汇“溪”成“江”——小议易水学派学术研究

Discussion on the academic research of the Yishui School in TCM

易水学派学术研究可以说有二个层面:一为学术的传承,优者可“流芳”;一为学术溯源、扩容、创新,可喻之为“开渠”,汇“溪”成“江”。第二个层应为当前研究之重点。本文以《脾胃论》为主例举枳术丸系列方的形成,生脉散、补中益气汤之扩容,清暑益气汤、半夏白术天麻汤的补充,“脾胃虚则九窍不通论”及风类药的应用,某些药物的应用启发。结合笔者临床体验以示如何“开渠”汇“溪”成“江”,意在展示一种研究方法。

The academic research of the Yishui School can be said to have two levels:one is the academic inheritance,and the best can be inherited forever which means“spread fragrance”;the other is academic tracing,expansion and innovation,which can be likened to“opening a canal”and merging“streams”into“rivers”.The second level should be the focus of current research.This article takes“Theory of Piwei”as the main example to illustrate the formation of Zhizhu Pill series,the expansion of Shengmai Powder,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,the supplement of Qingshu Yiqi Decoction,Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction,the application of“Feng”(wind)medicine,and the enlightenment of some drugs.Combined with the writer s clinical experience,it is intended to show how to“open a channel”to gather“streams”into“rivers”,which is intended to show a research approach.
