摘要
在基础托换施工中,建筑基础会因竖向荷载重分布而相应发生沉降变化,上部结构基于此所做出的结构响应值得研究。以上海文保建筑华东医院南楼基础托换、整体顶升工程为背景,通过有限元分析方法,模拟分析各施工工况中的上部结构响应情况。对于同一工况,分别根据沉降监测数据和沉降数值模拟结果设定边界条件,并将有限元模型中梁、柱单元截面正应力在不同工况中的变化情况和实际监测所得的应力数据变化进行对比。结果表明:有限元模型可以在较大程度上反映各施工工况中的结构响应变化,据此可找出需重点监测的工况,以确保施工中结构安全。该方法为既有建筑基础托换施工中的结构响应分析提供了一种思路。
In the foundation underpinning construction,the settlement of the building foundation will change due to the vertical load distribution.The structural response of the superstructure based on this is worth studying.Based on the foundation underpinning and integral jacking project of the South Building of East China Hospital,a cultural relic protection building in Shanghai,the response of superstructure under various construction conditions is simulated and analyzed through finite element analysis.For the same working condition,the boundary conditions are set according to the settlement monitoring data and the settlement numerical simulation results,and the changes of the normal stress of the beam and column element sections in the finite element model in different working conditions are compared with the changes of the stress data obtained from the actual monitoring.The results show that the finite element model can reflect the structural response changes in various construction conditions to a large extent,and the working conditions that need to be monitored can be found accordingly to ensure the structural safety during construction.This method provides an idea for structural response analysis in underpinning construction of existing buildings.
