摘要 在上海华东医院南楼的修缮改造过程中,为确保顶升改造的安全性和提高施工管理的效率,专门研发了一套基于3DGIS+BIM+IoT的历史保护建筑修缮改造数字化安全监控集成平台,通过三维扫描仪、智能传感器及无线传输设备等收集数据,实时传送到系统平台,形成了一套实时、动态、立体的全施工过程监控系统,实现了远距离、实时、同步对历史保护建筑的施工管理和控制,解决了历史保护建筑修缮改造过程中的质量、安全、进度等管理问题,可为工程建设保驾护航。 In the restoration and renovation process of the South Building of Huadong Hospital in Shanghai,a set of digitalization safety monitoring integrated platform based on 3DGIS+BIM+IoT for the restoration and renovation of historic protection buildings is specially developed to ensure the safety of jacking and renovation and to improve the efficiency of construction management.Data are collected through 3D scanners,intelligent sensors and wireless transmission devices,and are transmitted to the system platform in real time.A real-time,dynamic and 3D monitoring system of the whole construction process is formed.It realizes the construction management and control of historic preservation buildings from a long distance,in real time and synchronously,and solves the management problems of quality,safety and progress in the restoration and renovation process of historic preservation buildings.It can guarantee the safe construction of the project.
