Construction Technology of Advanced Water-stop Post Cast Strip in Pre-paving Inverse Adhesion Waterproof Project

为探索在后浇带节点进行预铺防水卷材施工的做法,结合昆山某工程地下室底板施工实例进行了技术攻关。根据预铺反粘防水技术的特点,总结出了地下室底板预铺反粘防水工程中超前止水后浇带构造做法及施工方法,重点分析了超前止水后浇带构造优化过程、附加钢筋混凝土板带施工质量控制、后浇带内清理质量控制等内容,以期为预铺反粘防水工程中超前后浇带的施工提供参考。

To explore the practice of pre-paving waterproof coiled materials at the joints of the post cast strip,a technical breakthrough is carried out in combination with the construction example of the basement floor of a project in Kunshan.According to the characteristics of the pre-paving inverse adhesion waterproof technology,the construction method of the advanced water stop post cast strip in the pre-paving inverse adhesion waterproof project of basement floor is summarized.The optimization process of structure optimization process of advanced water stop post cast strip,the construction quality control of the additional reinforced concrete slab strip,and the quality control of the cleaning in the post cast strip are emphatically analyzed,so as to provide a reference for the construction of advanced water stop post cast strip in the pre-paving inverse adhesion waterproof project.
