Construction Technology of New Inverted Cone Unit Curtain Wall System

为进一步提升异形幕墙施工水平,依托某校区一期外装项目,针对其倒锥形单元体幕墙的设计形式,创新提出一种倒锥形单元幕墙系统施工工法,详细阐述了工法原理与操作技术要点。实践效果表明,通过应用倒锥形单元幕墙系统施工工法,既减少了劳动力投入,也提高了幕墙观感质量,同时节约了项目的综合成本,取得了良好的社会和经济效益,为同类异形幕墙的安装施工提供了有价值的经验与工艺思路。

To further improve the construction level of the special-shaped curtain wall,relying on the Phase I exterior decoration project of a campus,and aiming at the design form of its inverted cone unit curtain wall,an innovative construction method of inverted cone unit curtain wall system is proposed,and the principle of the construction method and the key points of the operation technology are described in detail.The practice results show that the application of inverted cone unit curtain wall system construction method not only reduces labor input,but also improves the quality of curtain wall appearance,while at the same time,saves the comprehensive cost of the project,and achieves good social and economic benefits,which provides valuable experience and technological ideas for the installation and construction of similar special-shaped curtain walls.
