钢结构幕墙一体化在设计施工联动中的融合与实践

摘要 根据工程特征和建造需求,创新应用基于BIM的“模型及模拟技术”对钢结构幕墙系统工程的深化设计准确性、加工制作精度、现场施工效率等进行高效一体化管控,实现资源的最优集成、前后道工序的无缝衔接。钢结构幕墙一体化和设计施工一体化的联动与融合能够凸显设计与施工各自的优势特征,提升建筑结构的外在与内涵,实现了设计与施工的并行开展、钢结构与幕墙的高精度衔接,压缩了施工周期,提升了建造效率,并成功建造了首届进博会场馆功能提升工程,可为今后大型复杂钢结构幕墙工程的建造技术、建筑功能提升更新技术的发展提供借鉴。 According to the project characteristics and construction requirements, the BIM based "models and simulation technology" is innovatively applied to conduct efficient integrated management and control on the accuracy of the indepth design, processing and manufacturing accuracy, onsite construction efficiency, etc. of the steel structure curtain wall system project, so as to achieve the optimal integration of resources and seamless connection between the front and back processes. The linkage and integration of steel structure curtain wall integration and design and construction integration can highlight the respective advantages of design and construction, and enhance the external and connotation of the building structure. The comprehensive application of the two integrated technologies realizes the parallel development of design and construction and the high-precision connection between steel structure and curtain wall, shortens the construction cycle, improves the construction efficiency, and successfully built the function improvement project of the first CIIE venue.The application and engineering practice of the two integrated technologies can provide reference for the construction technology and the development of building function upgrading and updating technology of large-scale complex steel structure curtain wall projects in the future.
