摘要
对传统构造柱顶部混凝土施工采用木模板喇叭口支设工艺进行研究,创新优化设计一种可拆卸式复合装置系统,并形成一种可拆卸复合装置在构造柱顶部混凝土施工的新技术。创新技术的应用,在保证了构造柱顶端混凝土施工质量的前提下,提高喇叭口部位模板安装效率和周转率,最终实现构造柱顶部喇叭口混凝土浇筑一次成形,达到拆模后免剔喇叭口处混凝土的施工工艺水平,节约人工成本,减少建筑垃圾,符合绿色文明施工,在构造柱混凝土浇筑应用方面具有显著的综合效益。
The traditional construction of concrete at the top of structural column is studied by the erection process of wood formwork bell mouth, and a removable composite device system is innovatively and optimally designed to form a new technology for the construction of concrete at the top of structural column with a removable composite device.The application of innovative technology, on the premise of ensuring the construction quality of the concrete at the top of the constructional column, improves the installation efficiency and turnover rate of the formwork at the bell mouth,finally realizes the one-time forming of the concrete pouring at the bell mouth at the top of the structural column, reaches the construction technology level of the concrete at the bell mouth without picking after the removal of the formwork,saves labor costs, reduces construction waste, and conforms to green and civilized construction. It has significant comprehensive benefits in the application of structural column concrete pouring.
