摘要
为规范施工现场钢结构施工质量验收流程,基于BIM技术的特点和应用,研发了一套基于BIM的钢结构施工质量验收系统。以我国现行的GB 50205—2020《钢结构工程施工质量验收标准》为基础,利用BIM技术实现质量验收过程的智能化、标准化和规范化,规避了传统验收中存在的抽样部位主观性大、数据填写工作量大、纸质资料难存储、易丢失破损等问题。通过在某项目中的应用,系统得以改善并明确了后续研究及应用的方向,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。
To standardize the process of steel structure construction quality acceptance on the construction site,based on the characteristics and application of BIM technology,a set of steel structure construction quality acceptance system based on BIM is developed.Based on the current GB 50205—2020 Standard for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures in China,the BIM technology is used to realize the intellectualization,standardization and normalization of the quality acceptance process,which avoids the problems existing in the traditional acceptance,such as subjectivity of sampling positions,heavy workload of data filling,difficult storage,easy loss and damage of paper materials,.The application in a project shows that the system is improved and the direction of subsequent research and application is clarified,which can provide reference for other similar projects.
