疫情防控辅助分析与预警系统的设计与实现

摘要 新型冠状病毒感染全面爆发的过程给社会发展带来极大的影响,针对这种突发性的影响社会稳定运行的公共卫生事件,国家和社会各层都采取了积极措施进行精准防控。根据防控经验,为了提高人员管控的效率和准确率,并有效地追踪历史数据信息,需要开发一套疫情防控辅助分析与预警系统。该系统能在保证符合数据安全和保密条件的前提下,通过深度学习平台飞桨(PaddlePaddle)自动识别行程卡图片中的电话、时间及近期到达或途径的城市信息,精确判断人员风险,给出防疫风险的辅助分析和预警。系统的实现不仅为防控工作提供了支持,对具有保密要求的应用系统的研发建设也有借鉴意义。 The full outbreak of novel coronavirus infection has a great impact on social development.In view of this sudden public health event that affects society stability,the state and all levels of society have taken active measures to precisely prevent and control it.According to the prevention and control experience,in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of personnel control,and keep effectively track of historical data information,it is necessary to develop a set of auxiliary analysis and early warning system for epidemic prevention and control.On the premise of ensuring data security and confidential conditions,the system automatically identifies the phone number,time and the city information of the recent arrival or route in the travel card picture through PaddlePaddle(A deep learning platform),accurately judging the personnel risk and giving the auxiliary analysis and early warning of epidemic prevention risk.The implementation of the system not only provides support for the prevention and control work,but also has reference significance for the research and development of application systems with confidentiality requirements.
