军士学员学习内动力影响因素分析与激励策略研究

着眼于军队技能型军士人才综合能力培养目标,从个人、教学和管理3个方面分析影响军士学员学习内动力的因素,从“学”“教”“管”三个方面构建军士学员学习内动力模型,从提升价值追求、探索适合的教学模式和方法、构建有效管理机制3个方面提出提升军士学员学习内动力的对策,从而有效激发军士学员学习内动力,全面提升军士人才培养质量。

Focusing on the demand of the comprehensive ability of sergeant talents,the factors that affect the internal learning motivation of the sergeant students are analyzed,from three aspects of personal,teaching and management.From three aspects of learning,teaching and management,the internal learning motivation model of the sergeant students is constructed.From three aspects of exploring appropriate teaching models and methods,enhancing the pursuit value,and constructing the effective management mechanism,the incentive strategies are proposed,to effectively stimulate the internal motivation of the sergeant students and comprehensively improve the quality of the training the talent of the sergeants.
