后精准扶贫时代的高校资助工作提档升级研究

2020年后,我国进入后精准扶贫阶段,社会贫困治理工作的重点由脱贫攻坚向巩固精准扶贫成效、防范返贫风险和引导致富等方面转变。党的二十大提到要巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,而高校是教育扶贫的重要承担者,是提高贫困地区文化教育水平的重要力量。高校资助工作需要随着扶贫工作的转型发展而动态调整资助工作,其中强化扶志工作,加强扶智水平,运用现代技术,完善闭环设计,评估资助效果是重要内容。

After 2020,China has entered the post-precision poverty alleviation stage,and the focus of social poverty management work has changed from poverty eradication to consolidating the effectiveness of precision poverty alleviation,preventing the risk of returning to poverty and leading to wealth.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China mentioned that we should consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation.Colleges and universities are important undertakers of poverty alleviation through education and an important force to improve the cultural and educational level in poor areas.The funding work of universities needs to be dynamically adjusted in line with the transformation and development of poverty alleviation work,in which strengthening the work of aiding the intellect,strengthening the level of intellectual support,using modern technology,improving the closed-loop design and evaluating the effectiveness of funding are important elements.
