摘要
装配式建筑是建筑业实现双碳目标的重要技术路径,为培养出懂技术、会施工和精管理的高技能装配式复合型人才,解决目前装配式人才的匮乏问题,促进装配式建筑的快速发展,通过组织教师编写基于AR技术的《装配式混凝土建筑技术》教材、带领学生在校内基地及工地进行实践教学、与企业合作进行产业工人培训、参加“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛、参加全国装配式建筑毕业设计大赛,探索出应用型本科高校装配式建筑人才培养路径的五步法,取得较好的效果,可供其他院校参考。
Fabricated buildings are an important technological path for the construction industry to achieve the dual carbon goal.In order to cultivate highly skilled assembly-type composite talents with technical knowledge,construction skills and fine management,solve the problem of lack of prefabricated talents at present,and promote the rapid development of prefabricated buildings,teachers are organized to prepare the textbook of Fabricated Concrete Building Technology based on AR technology,lead students to practice teaching in school bases and construction sites,and cooperate with enterprises to train industrial workers,participated in the"Internet plus"Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition,and participated in the National Assembly Architecture Graduation Design Competition and explored a Five Step Approach to cultivating assembled architecture talents in applied undergraduate colleges,which can be used as a reference for other colleges and universities.
