摘要
电镀操作是机械制造和电子生产过程中的一个关键流程,其可以显著增强装备生产的先进性。本文简要介绍了电镀污水的处理现状,并以某电镀污水处理平台为例,通过调节池、还原池等多种设备工艺有效处理含铬废水,使出水的铬含量符合污染控制要求,证明此种除铬方法具有可行性,值得推广。
Electroplating operation is a key process used in mechanical manufacturing and electronic production,which significantly enhances the advancement of equipment production.In this paper,the present situation of wastewater treatment is briefly introduced.From the perspective of a certain electroplating wastewater treatment platform,the wastewater containing chromium can be effectively treated from several processes such as regulation pool and reduction pool.The effluent chromium content meets the requirements of pollution control,which proves that this chromium removal method is feasible and worthy of popularization.
