摘要 随着我国社会经济和城市建设的不断发展,城市人口迅速扩张,工业、农业也发展迅猛。在经济走上快车道的同时,生态环境问题也日益凸显,生活污水、工业污水与农业污水的随意排放对水环境造成了严重污染,导致水体自然恢复能力的丧失,水体富营养化的情况较为严重,自然生态和人类居住环境都受到了严重影响。本文以水环境检测为研究对象,分析了我国水环境污染的现状及水环境检测技术的发展,并重点围绕生物检测技术的应用展开了研究,探索了细菌监测、鱼类监测、藻类监测、水蚤监测等生物监测技术在水环境监测中的实际应用,希望能为相关人员开展水环境监测工作提供一定参考。 With the continuous development of social economy and urban construction in China,the rapid expansion of the urban population,industry and agriculture have developed rapidly.While the economy is on the fast track,ecological and environmental problems are also increasingly prominent.The random discharge of domestic sewage,industrial sewage and agricultural sewage has caused serious pollution to the water environment,resulting in the loss of the natural recovery ability of water bodies.The eutrophication of water bodies is relatively serious,and the natural ecology and human living environment have been seriously affected.In this paper,the status quo of water environmental pollution and the development of water environmental detection technology are analyzed,and the application of biological detection technology is studied.The practical application of biological monitoring technologies such as bacteria monitoring,fish monitoring,algae monitoring and daphna monitoring in water environmental monitoring is explored.Hope to provide some reference for relevant personnel to carry out water environment monitoring work.
