The EPC project of industrial sewage treatment is uniformly responsible for material procurement, drawing design and on-site construction by the general contractor. Such projects are characterized by large project volume, many participating units, and complex management contents, common management problems include imperfect team cooperation mechanism, inadequate application of design and construction integration, inadequate quality and safety technical guarantee, and unreasonable progress risk prevention and control measures. The general contractor shall dynamically improve the management mechanism and system throughout the design and construction management process, formulate optimization strategies for various problems, including flexible adjustment of the schedule,introduction of the quality management reward and punishment system, evaluation of budget preparation effect, implementation of safety risk classification, etc., and provide necessary guarantees in terms of technology, system, organization and resources.
