区域第二次全国污染源普查工业源成果分析与建议

Analysis and Suggestion on Industrial Source of the Second National Pollution Source Survey in the Region

全国污染源普查是重大的国情调查,是环境保护的基础工作。开展第二次全国污染源普查,对于准确判断我国当前环境形势,制定实施有针对性的经济社会发展和环境保护政策、规划,不断改善环境质量,加快推进生态文明建设,补齐全面建成小康社会的生态环境短板具有重要意义。本文结合某区域第二次全国污染源普查结果,发现问题、分析原因,并提供解决建议,以进一步提高区域环境管理。

The national pollution source survey is an important national condition investigation,is the basic work of environmental protection.It is of great significance to carry out the second national pollution survey to accurately judge the current environmental situation,formulate and implement targeted policies and plans for economic and social development and environmental protection,constantly improve environmental quality,accelerate the construction of ecological civilization,and fill up the short board of ecological environment in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Based on the results of the second national pollution source survey in a certain region,this paper finds out the problems,analyzes the causes,and provides solutions to further improve regional environmental management.
