摘要
本文针对量大面广、成分复杂、有毒、难降解的制药工业废水,指出了其治理的紧迫性,论述了其污水产生环节及废水的主要特征,介绍了生物制药废水的一般处理方法。从技术与经济角度分析了制药废水的控制策略,重点分析了物化与生化处理、好氧处与厌氧处理、普通与深度处理之间的关系,并指出高级氧化技术与膜集成技术是未来制药废水处理的发展方向与重点。
Aiming at the pharmaceutical industrial wastewater with large quantity,wide range,complex components,toxicity and difficult degradation,this paper points out the urgency of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment,discusses its sewage generation links and the main characteristics of wastewater,and introduces the general treatment methods of biopharmaceutical wastewater.This paper analyzes the control strategy of pharmaceutical wastewater from the perspective of technology and economy,focusing on the relationship between physicochemical treatment and biochemical treatment,aerobic and anaerobic treatment,general treatment and advanced treatment.It is pointed out that advanced oxidation technology and membrane integration technology are the development direction and focus of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment in the future.
